Ashley Martin & Co Estate Agents was established in 1991, moving to its present office in August 1993. Since then, the Edgware estate agent has gone from strength to strength, establishing itself as an honest and reliable Independent Estate Agency. Through our time, we have come to be known by some as the 'go-to' letting agents in Edgware and the surrounding areas. This is due to our long-running rapport we have with many local people and businesses with many coming back to us when it comes to their next move.
We offer extensive local knowledge, accompanied viewings, free Market Appraisals, comprehensive details produced on each property, together with genuine advice and 'old fashioned' good service. We also have a long established Property Management department who will manage properties, should that service be required.
Available also is our Market Appraisal Department who can carry out a FREE Market Appraisal with no obligation and also provide comparable properties to back it up. Should a report of the Market Appraisal be required this can also be arranged. Our staff will be happy to visit the property and follow up with a written confirmation of the appraisal.
